PERFORMANCE IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM
Justice in general:
To develop a nation based on the rule of law and respect for human rights, and where citizens and residents have faith in the judicial system.
To consolidate the judicial mechanisms that easily reach the common people, that works for them and that helps to solve their problems.
To adequately facilitate the courts, and to constantly sensitize all judicial officers to remain honest and diligent in their duties.

To dispose of all pending court cases on time;

To remain on the forefront in fighting abuse of children and women’s rights and to eradicate this vice.

To carry out research and to tell the story of the impact and legacy traditional courts, or Inkiko Gacaca have had on our country;

There will be a permanent judicial commission to over the activities in the Justice system
Fighting Genocide
To eradicate ideas, beliefs, principles and philosophies that constitute the Genocide Ideology in the country, sectarianism and impunity. To further sensitize all Rwandans towards a united country that is opposed to genocide and divisionism.

To continue to empower the National Commission for the Fight Against Genocide and to strengthen its operations;

To continuously appreciate those who courageously helped and hid genocide survivors for their heroic deeds.
Fighting Corruption

To strengthen institutions responsible to fight corruption at various levels;

To further strengthen efforts to sensitize leaders to perform their duties with diligence and provide good services.
Human rights
To build a nation that is based on respect of human rights for everyone living in Rwanda.
