Fellow members of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) in particular, Friends of Rwanda and of the RPF;

From its inception, RPF’s objectives have been to rebuild the unity of Rwandans, to establish democracy in the country and to work for the progress of all its citizens. This is the goal that we set out to accomplish. The progress we have registered so far is impressive, but the struggle continues. We still have a long way to go.

 We strive for UNITY because we know that a family can become extinct if it succumbs to forces of divisionism, whereas a united family flourishes and blossoms.

 We struggle for DEMOCRACY because we have no doubt that it is the only proven method of good leadership that gives citizens  a say  in their own affairs and enables them to participate in the governance of their country. It gives them an opportunity to elect leaders of their choice, to check on their performance  and to participate in decision-making.

 We struggle for DEVELOPMENT because we believe that the fundamental objective of good leadership is to improve the welfare of the people so that together they can build a better future.

 In 2003, you appreciated the objectives of RPF-INKOTANYI and voted it into power without hesitation. For the last seven years we have been working together to emplement those objectives that we set ourselves.

 WE ARE MOST GRATEFUL

Our achievements are impressive and we shall never falter. That is why during these coming seven years (2010-2017), RPF-INKOTANYI commits itself to continue leading Rwandans and our country to prosperity.

We humbly request all Rwandans to maintain this trust in RPF-INKOTANYI.
